| Founded on 'word-of-mouth' advertising, Technical Fusion has been in the desktop technical support business for the last 11 years. Our service has now evolved to a remote support system. With a group of experienced technicians working with remote tools, we can investigate and repair most if not all major software issues as a team. This approach to problem solving has been our secret in delivering timely and accurate results. |
 |

We support a wide range of desktop operating platforms, including:
- IBM Windows PC
- Apple OS Macintosh
- SUN Solaris
- SGI IRIX
- Other UNIX or LINUX based

"we have strived to deliver excellence to the customers that made us who we are today".
Shaun Prince, our chairman and founder.
Offering three methods of 24hr support contact, telephone and email are the most common. The third method is interactive instant messaging (MSN, ICQ, Skype). This is where we can provide you with a camera (optional) and microphone for you to contact us live over the internet. The third method is suggested for situations where there are more than one computer connected to the internet, or for small server support (see Internet Services)
Should on-site service still be required, we have a number of on-site service contacts that we can suggest. |

We feel that a "good" computer is made up of the sum of
all its components. To us, this means that what you read ON the box may
not necessarily indicate the quality INSIDE the box.
With all of our computer systems we ensure that you
understand what you are getting. Custom building computers is no
difficult task, but understanding how well components perform together
is what makes us different.
|
|
Based on upgrade ability and
longevity, our hand-assembled systems reflect our attention to detail.
This non-brand name (or non-proprietary) approach to building a
computer ensures compatibility with common components and service from
any A+ certified technician.
While each component is supported by it's original manufacturers
warranty, our firm offers several warranty extension plans. With our
24hr. remote assistance, on-site support and dedicated technical support, you will always get the help you need.
